One of the activities I have been doing, during my lengthy periods of free time, is an art class. It's nice because I can walk there from my apartment after school. It's a  little studio and there are only three other students that I have met (two women who look to be in their 50's and a man who looks to be in his 70's).  I've only been to two lessons but I feel like I have been learning a lot. Below are pictures of what I have done so far.

One of the nice things that happened today was that my classes fourth hour was free because our teacher was gone. It gave me a nice opportunity to talk to more people. One of the boys in my class, Antonio, also plays rugby.

On my way home from school today I ran into Giulio because his motorcycle was broken and he was walking the same direction as me. We walked together for about ten minutes before he had to turn. It was really nice to have some one to walk home with.
